Farmers killings: Another excuse to the exit of our service chiefs

The recent slaughtering of innocent farmers in Borno state makes another expose of our security apparatus in Nigeria. No longer a new thing to wake up and hear casualties in the far East of the nation, but the killings of the farmers in another dimension makes the case of current insurgency a sober one. 

No adequate statistical figure could actually be given by our government as we continue seeing different figures. Could we actually sum it up to be 100? Well! The basic truth is: Nigerians were actually slaughtered like Christmas fowls with government loosing direction more on how to tackle this menace. 
In as much as we thank our service chiefs and there contributions in tackling insurgency and insecurities, we believed they have overstayed there usefulness in the service for our dear nation and Mr. President needs to change the service chiefs as a matter of urgency if Mr. President is not acting on selfish and self-centered interest. Mr. President takes his own life ahead of the nation which should not be.
While contradictory statement are heard in every nooks and crannies with lies flowing from all corners of mouth of media aides and the military, the truth is: “Our lives matters” and state of emergency must be declared in the military to see the rots and corruptions as alleged by soldiers and officers in the Frontline.
