MAINLAND/YABA CRISIS,
HON. JIDE JIMOH THE MAN BEHIND THE MASK.
Crisis between youth that have been on for over 10 years which claims over 48 lives in Apapa Rd/Otto/Oyingbo and well over 28 youth have been killed in Sango/Yaba/Makoko/Iway/Abule ijesha/Abule oja areas has always been masterminded by desperate, crude and selfish politicians.
The cda's leaders,. religious leaders and the police all have tried to put an end to the crisis but couldn't. Fresh tension started mounting due to the upcoming local government election, which has create fears in the mind of the resident.
But surprisingly or rather miraculously the youth all over mainland/Yaba under the guidance of Comrade Wale Balogun decided to come together as one. Comrade Wale Balogun champion the peace talk process by inviting the Opc members, union members, market women and men, and all the youth in mainland/Yaba on Friday 12th of may at Iwaya where everybody met and agreed to come to Sango area(Ayodele by Old Yaba Rd) on Sunday 14th of may so as to shed more light on those sponsoring the crisis and the way forward.
Hon. Jide Jimoh on Saturday the 13th of may, was coming from Evans square where they mark Lagos at 50, decided to walk with harmed thugs which he hired from mushin and started shooting guns from Yaba Rd by wright str. down to his office on Spencer str. expecting the youth to put up a resistance which never came, this causes tension and panic in the community. Sadly the community lost a 2 years old girl when people are running for their lives.
He (Hon Jide Jimoh) did not stop at that, he has been harassing the youth in Iwaya, Makoko and Abule ijesha/oja with police and also waylaying the youth with his hired thugs.
